1969 Lincoln Continental

The only cosmetic change for 1969 is a modified grille. All Continentals now receives the more powerful engine of the Mark III luxury coupe.

● Introduction: November 1960. Construction: unibody. Engine: water-cooled V-8, 7.5-litre, 365 hp, mounted at the front. Transmission: to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic gearbox. Suspension: independent at the front, rigid axle at the rear. Brakes: hydraulic, to disks on front wheels, drums on rear wheels, with servo. Length: 569 cm. Top speed: 210 kph. Range: two-door hardtop coupe, four-door pillared hardtop sedan.
