1970 Lincoln Continental Mark III

Only mild modifications are given to the Continental Mark III. Among them is the adoption of hidden windshield wipers, and the adoption of Sure-Track brake system as standard equipment.

● Introduction: April 1968. Construction: body on separate chassis. Engine: water-cooled V-8, 7.5-litre, 365 hp, mounted at the front. Transmission: to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic gearbox. Suspension: independent at the front, rigid axle at the rear. Brakes: hydraulic, to drums on all four wheels, with servo. Length: 549 cm. Top speed: 210 kph. Range: two-door hardtop coupe.
