1975 Lincoln Continental Mark IV

The “Landau” name returns this year, no longer as a separate version but as the designation of an optional vinyl roof with frenched rear window. Four-wheel disc brakes with Sure-Track anti-lock system are made standard.

● Introduction: September 1971. Construction: body on separate chassis. Engine: water-cooled V-8, 7.5-litre, 220 hp, mounted at the front. Transmission: to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic gearbox. Suspension: independent at the front, rigid axle at the rear. Brakes: hydraulic, to discs on all four wheels, with servo. Length: 579 cm. Top speed: 190 kph. Range: two-door hardtop coupe.
