1959 DAF 600

After some late-minute modifications, the DAF production starts in earnest in March 1959. As the cars are reserved to the Netherlands market, where no domestic production has existed since several decades, success is almost guaranteed, though this should not obscure the qualities of this cleverly designed little car with its ingenious Variomatic transmission.
